starting off...
apart from loving transformation as a process and in media, i've been quite curious about how our bodies can change in real life too, either by training over a lifetime or by evolving over many lifetimes!
of course i'd love to discover that we can somehow become werewolves or something - i used to wish i was a werewolf as a teen after all xD - but reality's not always fun, and pretending it is can be dangerous,
so this page will have whatever i find about induced body changes in humans or potential human evolutions, but only when it's safe and actually real! (feel free to contribute or to correct me >:3)
(that doesn't mean i can't dive into a bit of fun magic stuff, but always keeping that healthy skepticism :D)
1. wiggly ears owo
ya know how animals like dogs wiggle their ears a lot?

yeah some humans can do it too! at least those with the ear muscles for it, all ya gotta do is train moving yar muscles (idk how long, maybe a few months), owo!!
i'm not one to use wikihow for anything, but it was pretty high up in the search and it seems reasonable, so that's the link i'm gonna share ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

2. underwater resilience 🐬
i have a softspot for sea creatures and mermaids/mermen and stuff, so it'd be fun to see humans evolve to be able to live underwater organically someday :D
in that regard, it seems that our bodies can change quite a bit internally when we put ourselves underwater.
some of these changes are documented on the wikipedia article for freediving (diving without equipment):

and in regards to evolution, it seems that there's at least a few adaptations that our bodies can go through over generations of freediving, as proven by the sama-bajau of southeast asia
they're really cool! :D
